We are hiring an experienced contract administrator to work on a project with our client, a healthcare organization that is expanding its facility in Minneapolis. Can be remote although local to the Minneapolis area is preferred. This role is involved in construction projects, and needs 2 years of experience reading blueprints. Responsibilities
Identify on-contract standardized Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) related to the new, expansion and/or renovation construction projects.
Create financial estimate reports based on FFE designated for construction projects.
Develop a FFE list for each project utilizing Fairview furniture standards and contract pricing for new requests, to reflect construction project floor plans Partner with Contract Specialists on new contract requests, including Equipment Service Agreements or obtaining contract pricing quotes for new items with no contract
