A trusted client of Randstad's has openings for experienced Customer Care Reps. If you are looking for a Monday - Friday customer service rep position in an office setting, then look no further! Pay is set at $15/hr to start, but can go up to $20 plus bonuses once hired in! Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish is a plus. This is a temp-to-hire onsite position in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will research child support payment questions received via telephone from customers and clients and provide appropriate and accurate information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
• Answers questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
• Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
• Maintains updated records and logs.
• All other duties as assigned
