Are you an experienced Customer Service Rep looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience or a desire to work in the banking/finance industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, customer friendly environment? If so, then this may be just what you are looking for! Randstad is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep for a local financial institution. If you are qualified and interested, please online and submit your resume. This position is responsible for uploading and organizing new loans as they are booked in to the system. Provides support to back-office lending operations. Assist the Loan Operations Officer, Loan Assistants, and Loan Officers with problem resolution as needed. Ensures deadlines are met. May also prepare reports as needed.
salary: $12 - $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
