job summary:
An esteemed aerospace client is looking to hire a temporary process/manufacturing engineer. The role involves reviewing and updating production work instructions (MPPs & MBOMs) to ensure strict compliance with engineering standards and to enhance operational clarity. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in aerospace assembly manufacturing engineering, covering areas such as fabrication, drilling, fastening, testing, tooling, and inspection.

responsibilities:
Compliance-related work instruction updates for aerospace assembly.
Skills:
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and spec requirements, primarily for older legacy
program(s) without the benefit of CAD models.
Experience authoring technical documents and work instructions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and photo editing software
Expert-level knowledge of aerospace assembly manufacturing engineering (fabrication, drilling,
fastening, testing, tooling, inspection, etc)
- Ability to interact effectively with hourly workforce, supervision, design and manufacturing
engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
5+ years of directly relevant experience.
