Are you passionate about sales and providing exceptional support to drive business growth? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator for our client in the food distribution industry. This entry-level position will involve providing administrative support, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're organized, disciplined, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

salary: $49,000 - $54,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback.

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with placing orders.

  • Support sales activities and marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in developing sales materials.

  • Update customer records in the CRM system.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

  • English and Spanish desirable.
