Randstad is seeking a motivated Purchasing Specialist! If you're looking for a role where you can enhance procurement operations and build strong vendor relationships, we want to hear from you. We're searching for top-notch purchasing professionals to support our client.The Positions offer competitive pay ranging from $24 to $30/hr. salary: $24 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Create and process purchase orders to acquire required parts from approved vendors
Ensure all purchase orders are accurate and complete, including necessary details such as quantities, specifications, and delivery dates
Coordinate with internal departments to verify the accuracy of order details and requirements
Monitor and track the status of all open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
Communicate with vendors to obtain updates on order statuses, delays, and expected delivery times
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with orders, such as shipping errors or delays
Identify potential new vendors and products through market research and networking
Evaluate vendors based on criteria such as price, quality, reliability, and service
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with new and existing vendors to optimize cost savings and quality
Ensure all purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts, are accurately maintained and filed
Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance
Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement
Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Manager or General Manager
Collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and initiatives
Provide support and expertise on procurement-related matters for special projects
