Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failure.
Respond to emergency repair requests and perform repairs quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, including parts used and labor hours.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times, including lockout/tagout procedures and other safety protocols.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address issues and optimize equipment performance.
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 40lbs
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
