Responsibilities
System Installation and Setup
- Install and configure cooling systems to maintain optimal warehouse temperatures.
Maintenance and Inspections
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the cooling system operates efficiently.
Repairs and Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions promptly to avoid disruptions in warehouse operations.
Temperature Monitoring
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls to ensure consistent cooling as per logistics requirements.
Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards specific to warehouse cooling systems.
Emergency Response
- Provide rapid response to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime and product spoilage.
Customer Interaction
- Communicate with warehouse management to explain issues and updates on system status.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
Energy Efficiency
- Recommend and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
Inventory Management
- Manage parts and supplies inventory to ensure readiness for any required repairs or maintenance tasks.
These responsibilities ensure the HVAC system in the warehouse cooler operates smoothly, maintaining the necessary conditions for logistics operations.
