Responsibilities
Receives, processes, inputs customer orders. Manages process from order receipt to invoicing while screening information for accuracy and completeness.
Dispatches calls with Truck Drivers.
Take incoming calls for the company.
Partners with the Customer Care department to analyze customer requirements as they are related to our production plan and proactively communicates updates to the customer.
Monitor daily transportation activities, including dispatching, routing, and tracking.
Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers take and follow up with orders.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
Generate regular reports on inventory status, shipment progress, and transportation metrics.
All other office support as needed.
