Are you an experienced production manager with experience in Manufacturing? Are you a driven individual with experience directing teams, planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver quality products in a timely fashion. Responsibilities

The Production Manager will direct a team of supervisors and operators to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver quality products in a timely fashion.

  • An ability to inspire, guide, and mobilize teams toward excellence with demonstrated abilities in communication, tact, and professionalism.

  • Ability to develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with federal/state/local agencies, vendors, customers, and employees.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal/external customers.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail; logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

  • working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

  • working weekends
