We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a manufacturing company in the Memphis area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-up on outstanding balances. Responsibilities
Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices.
Recording Transactions: Accurately recording sales and payments.
Reconciliation: Ensuring accounts are balanced.
Follow-up: Contacting customers for overdue payments.
Customer Communication: Responding to inquiries professionally.
Credit Management: Assessing and monitoring customer credit.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records.
