We are seeking a dynamic and motivated bilingual Recruiter Assistant to join our team at Randstad, a leading manufacturing and logistics agency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish with a strong understanding of the manufacturing and logistics industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our recruitment efforts in finding top talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

salary: $20 - $28 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, language proficiency, and fit for specific roles.

  • Language Support: Provide language support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and onboarding.

  • Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting job postings, preparing interview materials, and managing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, verbal is a must have.

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelors degree in business, human resources or a strong background in customer service or employee relations.
