We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in food science, quality control, or a related field is a plus.

  • Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in the meat or food industry.

  • Knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and USDA standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of meat products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

  • Monitor and document production processes to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.

  • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and improve inspection protocols and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with USDA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
