Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the bread baking process, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
Operate baking equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearance to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of baking techniques and product specifications.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products for distribution.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities.
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA).
salary: $16 - $17 per hour

work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
