We are looking for a motivated and reliable Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker Packer will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
salary: $17 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately pick products from designated locations using pick lists or electronic devices. Verify the correct quantity and condition of items picked.
Packing: Carefully pack items into appropriate containers or packaging materials to ensure products are secure and protected during shipment. Label packages correctly with shipping information.
Order Verification: Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment. Ensure that all items match the customer's order specifications and that the correct quantity is packed.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor. Help with periodic inventory counts as needed.
Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment by weighing packages, affixing shipping labels, and documenting shipment details. Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely dispatch.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
