Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist potential tenants with the application process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, including floor plans, amenities, and leasing terms.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies.
