Randstad Professionals seeks an accounts payable professional with a solid A/P background for potential upcoming consulting opportunities in the South Central PA areas. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year experience in a full cycle accounts payable role, as well as ERP and MS Excel experience.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Performing accounts payable functions including receiving and matching invoices
Keying vendor invoices for payment
Prepare reports as requested by management (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) and assist in closing procedures
Work with vendors regarding disputed invoices to resolve any and all issues
Account reconciliation
Skills
- Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
