Do you have management and shipping experience? Bring your skillset to the logistics department of a reputable warehouse company located in Blount County. We are looking for someone to streamline shipping/receiving processes for effectiveness, suggest improvements, and implement cost-saving measures. The main goal is to always ensure timely, accurate and secure shipping and distribution.
salary: $41,600 - $41,601 per year

work hours: 6:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Leading team in various areas, including safety, continuous training, and all meetings
Assist supervisors in logistics operations
Ensure all employees are aware of and following standard operating procedures
Supervise cycle-counting and inventory operations when necessary
Complete checklists before and after shifts for quality, safety and production
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 9 hours at one time
