We have a client seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Payroll, Accounting, and Benefits Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, including processing payroll, managing accounting tasks, and administering employee benefits. Responsibilities
Payroll:
Process weekly payroll, including deductions and direct deposits.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure accuracy.
Manage tax filings and payments.
Handle night shift differentials and other payroll adjustments.
Accounting:
Enter invoices into the system.
Reconcile various accounts monthly.
Process employee purchases and garnishments.
Generate off-cycle checks as needed.
Benefits:
Maintain benefit-related spreadsheets.
Process invoices and payments related to employee benefits.
Assist with yearly benefit fee payments.

Payroll - 500+ (4 years of experience is required)
