Our client, a family owned manufacturing company based in Linwood, PA is looking to add a member to their team. This is a full time, temp to hire position, 100% in the office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales support role, be experienced in setting up shipments (LTL, UPS, etc.), and be highly organized. This is a very high volume, fast paced, position, so prior experience is required. Additionally, must have experience working in Microsoft Outlook, as a majority of the daily functions are administered via Outlook!

salary: $20 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to sales rep's and customers

  • Managing email inbox

  • Proccessing high volume of orders

  • Reviewing invoices

  • Generating quotes

  • Setting up shipments (LTL, UPS)

  • Answering phone and directing calls

  • Filing and other administrative duties as needed

Skills

  • SAGE

  • MAS 90
