South Shore company we are working with are looking for a Accounting Clerk to enter financial information into there database for a one month project. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Essential duties:
Calculating Freight Standards for individual items using data that has been compiled into spreadsheets
Ability to work between multiple spreadsheets is a must
Essential Technical:
Basic excel skills
Ability to write basic formulas
strong attention to detail
Education:
High School Diploma
Accounting classes would be a plus but not required
Experience:
1 to 2 years working with excel files
