Position: Expert Talent Advisor
Location: Hybrid - Work from home with on-site requirements in Manchester (3 times a week) or Birmingham, Lincoln, and Warwick (2 times a week)

Your Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Expert Talent Advisor), you will:
Craft Futureproof Talent Strategies: Utilise your market knowledge (Energy Technology experience is a plus, but not essential) to design innovative recruitment solutions.
Vendor Management: Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.
Technology and Insights: Leverage technology and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.
Expectations:
Deliver high-class client service and expert recruitment advice.
Tailor recruitment solutions using your contract recruitment knowledge.
Thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hire blue collar/ engineering profiles
