Responsibilities
Provide support related to internal and external compliance within the assembly plant and daily operations
Acts as a Supplier Quality Representative
Manages Quality Process inputs and outputs independently in an eQMS including, but not limited to creation, management, review, and disposition of NCRs, SCARs, and Complaints
Works internally with department heads and externally with Suppliers to close quality gaps where they exist
Tracks and trends “cost of quality” data
Participates in cross-functional product quality meetings and investigations as required
Collaborates with manufacturing and quality personnel as required for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process
Performs routine quality inspections of the manufacturing process
Assists in the maintenance of the Approved Supplier Program
Perform in-process and final inspection activities
