Randstad is seeking an experienced and motivated Manufactuing Line Lead to join a team in Macon, GA to oversee the line employees as the frist point fo contact. The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for managing production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves coordinating and supervising the production team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of product quality.

salary: $21 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines, including correctly and consistently wearing

required PPE.

 Report all employee and safety incidents and machine issues to the Supervisor.

 Check products for defects by performing quality checks.

 Clean machines and parts.

 Forklift certification.

 Install and/or replace machinery parts by using hand or power tools.

 Operate all production equipment by following procedures to test production equipment performance.

 Performs lockout/tag out of machines as learned in OJT.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues on machinery by diagnosing problems, determining repairs needed, and

implementing the fix.

 Perform scheduled/non-scheduled changeovers and repairs in prescribed methods to resolve equipment

problems by using a normal range of hand tools.

 Report material usage quantities by completing the Daily report.

 Use chemicals in daily tasks by ing the chemicals as prescribed with appropriate safeguards.

 Correctly identify names and operations of all equipment.

 Report safety hazards.

 Report machine problems.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time
