Randstad is currently recruiting for a temporary to hire Medical Biller. Position will be located in Louisville. Pay will be between $19-$21/hour. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare billing, with a preference for experience in private insurance and/or federally funded programs
Knowledge of Waystar is beneficial
Familiarity with multiple state billing portals and experience in understanding remits for denial reasons
salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Submission of All Billings:
Paper billing submissions
Electronic billing submissions
Web Portal billing submissions
Adherence to Billing Schedule:
Ensure timely billing of claims
Denial Management:
Review and maintain all denials received via mail and Waystar
Review and correct all rejections within 24 hours in Waystar and state web portals
Rebilling:
Submit claims for rebills within timely filing limits
Communication:
Report all unresolved denials to business managers, supervisors, and revenue cycle manager
