Do you have Call Center experience within the Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 6 month possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Position is 100% onsite. Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm and 10:30 am - 7 pm. Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour

work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
May schedule field service repair calls.
Handles requests for additional company materials.
Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
