A client of ours in the dental industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Credentialing Supervisor to join their team and oversee a team of 4 reports. This position is responsible for being a subject matter expert in insurance networks, fee schedules and credentialing processes. This role will build relationships with the practices and insurance companies, research and provide resolution consistent with the company's core values. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitve salary and benefits package.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Provider Enrollment System Management including system management, workflow development, form mapping and maintenance, system updates and troubleshooting.
Responsibility for departmental auditing and reporting.
Manages the end-to-end fee schedule process for the organization.
Promotes a customer service mindset.
Responsible for ensuring all providers are credentialed timely and accurately and remain in the network at assigned practices.
Ensures carrier websites are updated appropriately.
Supervises 4 team members.
Expands delegated credentialing to additional providers.
Responsible for annual audit by carriers to maintain delegated status and monthly rosters to ensure providers remain in network.
Solves problems and builds positive relationships with all practices, Support Functions and external insurance companies.
