Immediate opportunity for a Project Manager, Learning Management System (LMS) Corporate Learning. The Project Manager, Corporate Learning will manage the project portfolio and related systems for Corporate Learning, including the global Learning Management System (LMS) and Corporate Quality training initiatives. The role supports short-term and long-term operational and strategic objectives while advancing the quality culture with a leading, global healthcare organization that has been in business for 115 years! Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Mon.-Fri., 8am-4:30pm. HYBRID role, working 4 days in office for first 90 days, and 3 days a week after 90 days.

responsibilities:

Manage Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Provide level 2 troubleshooting service to North America LMS administrators.

  • Manage testing and validation of LMS incidents and enhancements, including data collection and reporting.

  • Lead new LMS implementation projects within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Update LMS content such as training manuals, courses, and job aids.

  • Train new and existing LMS administrators to increase subject matter expertise.

  • Maintain and report LMS key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with usage, incidents, and enhancements.

Increase Quality and Compliance through Corporate Learning:

  • Manage training risk assessment initiatives and standardizations.

  • Harmonize best practices through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Reinforce quality and efficacy in the training process.

  • Establish scalable training programs using multimedia approaches.

  • Benchmark quality training and Corporate Learning programs internally and externally.

  • Establish and maintain KPIs associated with quality and compliance.

Manage Corporate Learning Solutions and Projects:

  • Analyze training situations and propose solutions for national and international internal clients.

  • Report training and compliance status to business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with other business areas to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Maximize training synergies between different business units.

  • Create and maintain Corporate Learning policies, SOPs, and guides.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and update programs and policies accordingly.

qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Instructional Design, or related field.

  • Five (5) - ten (10) years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, graphics programs, audio-visual equipment, and Learning Management Systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage projects within budget and timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
