Do you have experience with hospital collections? If so, we are seeking for an immediate medical collector to have refund experience and knowledge. Also, you will be responsible for payment posting and heavy patient account research experience. Hours 7am-4pm M-F The role will be a long term role in the west la area.
salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Seeking for a fast paced Hospital Collector to support a team with heavy medical collections. The ideal candidate must have the following:
Insurance and Guarantor payment Posting experience
Patient Account Research experience
Experience with EOB's/ERA knowledge
Patient Account Refund Knowledge
Epic experience is a must
Exceptional Customer service experience
