Do you have a passion in working as a Legal Assistant for a fast paced entertainment studio in Century City? If so, we are seeking for a dynamic Legal Assistant to support the Legal and Business Affairs with an emphasis in music licensing agreements. Looking for a self-starter and able to follow up on delegated assignments through completion. Hours: 9am-6pm M-F

salary: $25 - $29 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Seeking for a Legal Assistant to support and perform executie assistant duties including travel arrangements, answering phones, preparing and sending correspondence and file management experience

• Assist with monitoring legal agreements and providing evidence of copyright ownership to the music publishing administrator

• Input copyright information into internal repository

• Research claims

• Advance computer skills including Excel, tables and redlining, Word and internet

• Experience with Copyright (music) licensing or legal exp

• Prior paralegal or contract analysis experience

• Excellent communication skills and exhibit professional demeanor and sound judgement

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
