Are you looking for some part time work and have experience in Quickbooks and Bookkeeping? If you said yes then we are looking for you! We are working with a company that temporarily needs a Bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience to come in and help catch them up on their books. This position is temporary and would only require the person to come in once a week for a full day. The day to come in and do the work can be flexible and what works for you. Apply today!

Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Skills
Bank Reconciliations
QuickBooks (3 years of experience is required)
