Responsibilities
Follow food safety regulations and procedures
Helping manage the production team
Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary
Assisting with the planning, organization, direction, and monitoring of all Production Personnel
Monitoring production for efficiency in up time and minimalization of down time
Assisting with production workflow and employee evaluations
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
