Responsibilities
Record financial transactions accurately using accounting software or manual methods.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments promptly.
Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.
Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deductions.
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements for management review.
Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring proper coding.
Provide assistance during financial audits by preparing documentation and reconciling accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
