Sr Maintenance Technician (Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment.
Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate issues and solutions effectively.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment.
strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
Perform mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments to determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts.
Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and replace equipment and parts as needed.
Adhere to all plant safety policies and participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
Provide assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
