Are you technically / mechanically oriented? Experienced in providing top notch product conversations, service & follow though in an Account Management position? - - - We are looking for a friendly, energetic person who is well spoken, has good communication skills, and is looking for a permanent role with a Family-like TEAM! Will work with our customers providing technical support on various products - This position allows for the option of working remotely several days per week (once fully trained)
salary: $42,000 - $45,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Updating account information -creating new accounts for customers & maintaining detailed customer records for current accounts
Greet customers and provide problem solving / direction / guidan
Processing orders for small parts
Office work in general in other departments when the need arises
Providing top notch service to clients/customers (sometimes technical/mechanical walk through of products) with positve and welcoming demeanor
Administrative tasks and support as needed
