Contract to perm, onsite in Lexington, MA We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and objectives. You will provide essential administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Talent Acquisition processes.

salary: $35 - $42 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Optimization:

  • Support implementation and enhancement of recruitment processes and systems for improved efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.

  • Prepare recruitment-related reports, presentations, and insights to aid decision-making.

  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile expenses in a timely manner for the Head of Talent Acquisition.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate departmental meetings, team gatherings, and off-site events, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Managing Recruiting Agency Spend and PO Process:

  • Partner with Finance to manage recruiting agency spend and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain processes for managing purchase orders related to recruiting agency contracts.

  • Serve as the point of contact for agency partners and collaborate with Legal on recruiting agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement in talent acquisition projects.

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes through meetings, presentations, and written communications.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)

  • Concur (2 years of experience is preferred)

  • Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)

  • Expense Reports (1 year of experience is required)

  • Travel Arrangements (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Finance (1 year of experience is required)

  • SAP (1 year of experience is required)

  • Legal (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Legal Tracker (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Invoices (3 years of experience is required)
