Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating screen printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up screen printing machines according to job specifications.
Prepare screens with stencils and emulsion, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Mix and prepare inks to achieve desired colors and consistency.
Load and unload materials onto the screen printing press.
Operate screen printing press to produce printed materials on various substrates (e.g., apparel, signage, promotional items).
Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of inks, screens, and other materials.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
salary: $14 - $14.5 per hour
