Our client in Lewiston, Maine is seeking an Account Management and Office Support Candidate to join their dynamic team. If you have office experience, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Location: Lewiston, Maine Hours: 9-5, Monday - Friday Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, PTO, with quarterly bonuses available.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing all aspects of the sales process with customers and suppliers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding order placement, production dates coordination, and shipments.

  • Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and vendors.

  • Collaborate internally with logistics, operations, and accounting departments to facilitate company goals.

  • Perform general office coordination duties, including:

  • Organizing and shipping product samples.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory.

  • Updating the office vacation calendar.

  • Assisting sales department members, including the President, with adding and updating contacts in Outlook, travel arrangements, and meeting itineraries.

  • Act as the main point of contact for annual vendor and customer holiday gifts.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the housekeeping vendor.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
