If you are an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with PLC experience, Electrical experience and Conveyor experience this could be a Great Career Opportunity for you! Location - Lebanon, TN 2 Shifts available - 5am - 3:30pm & 3pm - 1:30am Wed, Thursday, Friday & Sat Pay- $25 -$32+ BOE This is a direct is a direct hire placement opportunity!! Responsibilities
· Maintenance technician experience 3-5 years.
· Ability to develop and utilize PLC logic for trouble shooting / modifications .
· Ability to write and modify PLC logic.
· Previous success in completing mechanical / electrical training programs; Moderate to advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge base i.e., 6 volts to 480 volts.
· Proficient in schematics, blueprint reading and interpretation, i.e., electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building.
· Ability to develop and / or perform Welding and Fabrication. Knowledge of ARC, MIG and gas welding. Able to perform fabrication from drawings.
· Obtain and maintain a PIV (powered industrial vehicle) licenses to operate all PIV equipment associated with the warehouse within 90 days of employment.
· Perform mechanical and electrical repairs ranging from routine to advance on equipment associated with warehouse distribution systems.
· Perform equipment diagnostics / repairs of motor control systems, forklifts, scanners and building systems.
· Design, oversee, assist in the installation of electrical circuits per applicable codes.
· Proficient in the operation and utilization of various test and metering equipment.
· Perform PMs, repairs, and overhauls on all associated equipment.
· HVAC knowledge a plus
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
