We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our client in Overland Park! Great opportunity for Temp to Hire potential and to join a growing team! Position includes 2 onsite days per month and remote all other days. Must be local to Overland Park and commutable to site as needed. Must have previous call center experience, computer proficiency, reliability and flexibility with work schedule. Will work 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm, M-F. Responsibilities
Taking about 30-40 incoming calls a day.
Assists with password resets and basic IT for the agency.
Answers agency commissions questions.
Reliable and willing to work 40 hours a week.
Stay focused while working from home.
Comfortable with training being computer modules, hands on and shadowing.
