Direct supervision of 4-25 assigned line employees  Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are understood by assigned team, with full compliance  Investigate and communicate equipment issues or line maintenance needs  Inspect line equipment at start-up or shift start with updates as needed throughout the shift.  Initiate productivity improvement and communicate opportunities and results to shift supervisor  Assign team members to line positions optimizing personal capabilities with cross training rotational opportunities  Provide induvial training of new tam roles as needed for new hires or transfer assignments  Counsel team member and document performance issues as needed, with follow up communication with supervisor  Train new personnel to perform Line Lead production tasks and understand role and responsibility for the position Provide production and yield performance for assigned Line as required to Shift Supervisor at shift end
