Responsibilities
Generate AIA compliant invoices
Follow up on, and collect payments
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate aging analysis
Review AR aging to ensure compliance
Skills
AIA Billing (2 years of experience is required)
Commercial Collections (2 years of experience is required)
Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is required)
