We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a background in billing, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated professional with a proven track record in accounts receivable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

prepare invoices on demand per internal or external client requirements
update customer invoices to customer portal
3+ years exp
Excel knowledge in formulas, v lookups, pivot tables
