Job Summary: The Medical Office Assistant will support the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office by performing various administrative and clinical tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive prompt and courteous service, and that the office operates efficiently.

salary: $51,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.

  • Assist office managers with daily tasks and provide reports as needed.

  • Maintain and update patient records and information.

  • Verify insurance information and process billing.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
