Our manufacturing client is looking for a Senior HR Generalist with over 5 years of industry experience as well as leadership. The ideal candidate will have managed direct reports, have knowledge of California Labor Laws and working in HR in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of California Labor Laws.
Manage and resolve employee conflicts.
Standardize on-boarding and off-boarding process.
Assist with employee trainings.
Identify and monitor the organization's culture.
Maintain employee related databases.
