Do you have experience in quality assurance and quality control? We are looking for a qualified candidate in La Grange, IL. This position runs on a rotating shift, every 3 months your schedule will change. You will be working 10 am - 7pm then you will switch to 12pm- 9pm, so schedule flexibility is a must. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of test results, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Complying with quality standards, regulations and safety protocols (ISO, FDA, OSHA)
Perform analytical testing using various laboratory equipment and instrumentation, such asspectrophotometers, chromatographs, and titrators
Find and solve quality issues, non conformities and customer complaints in a fashionable manner, working with your team as needed
Monitor and analyze process parameters to identify deviations and ensure adherence tospecifications and regulatory requirement
Assist in the development and optimization of QA/QC procedures, methods, andspecifications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Internal and external audits, documenting, data analysis and corrective action implementation
SHIFT ROTATION EVERY 3 MONTHS You will be working 10 am - 7pm then you will switch to 12pm- 9pm, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE ROTATION.
