Randstad is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians who would be interested in working in the Kodak or Morristown area! Maintenance experience in an automotive manufacturing facility is prefered. This company operates a swing shift schedule from 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM to 3rd shift 10:30PM-7AM every 3-6 months. Responsibilities
•Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components
• Train and provide counsoling feedback to Maintanace Techs. Manage all work order and deligate workload
•Applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation
•Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of Manufacturing
•Multi-Craft manufacturing maintenance for machines (electrical & mechanical) and other equipment, fabrication, installations, and occasional building maintenance
•Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment
•Knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and repair
•Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements
•Must be able to safely operate motorized equipment
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working weekends
