Responsibilities
Initiate customer set-up
CRM Support/Management
Update ERP, as needed, for current customers (products, delivery addresses, delivery notes, etc.)
Utilize cost workbook for quoting
Run freight request
Assist in communication while Account Managers are traveling (respond to customer inquires via phone and email)
Manage bid spreadsheet
Processing orders and making sure they are turned into CSR
