Responsibilities
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machines including robotics.
Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they are in optimal working order and comply with safety standards.
Provides mechanical and electrical support to all area of the manufacturing facility.
Installs, starts up, and shuts down of machines
Residential and some commercial maintenance not equivilent to industrial maintenance.
Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics certificate recommended with 1 year experience or 4 years continious verifiable work experience in Industrial Maintenance.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
Skills
Electronic Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)
Mechanical Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)
Programmable Logic Controllers (1 year of experience is required)
hydraulic maintenance (1 year of experience is required)
Robotic maintenance experience (1 year of experience is required)
Industrial Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)
