As a blade finisher your job responsibilities would include; Operate and adjust the prime / coat equipment, performing all blade finishing / packing operations to produce blades of acceptable quality. This position is located in the forks of the river area, and works a 12 hour rotating schedule 7:30AM-7:30PM. Pay rate is $16/hour and guaranteed weekly! Benefits about going permanent with this company includes: Insurance begins on Day 1 We have 3 insurance plans. One insurance plan (for single coverage only) costs NOTHING!! It is accompanied by a $750/yr (prorated) company funded HSA card!! The company matches 100% of up to 6% employee contribution to 401k The company also provides free of charge: $50,000 life insurance $50,000 AD&D
